Lymphedema Workout - Back Extensions

Start: Lie on stomach on floor or on therapy ball.
Extend legs with shins down against the floor.
Position: Exhale as you lift head, arms and upper torso in one straight line while squeezing the buttocks.
Hold for 5 seconds and then lower. You should be looking in front keeping the neck long and straight as you lift.
